Preamble

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the access or use of the mobile applications and/or websites of YEEG SAS / KAI.

Yeeg SAS is a transport company for corporates (B2B) and individuals (B2C). The “KAI ñu dem” mobile application is designed to connect drivers and passengers for urban trips.

Please read these T&Cs carefully. They include information about the services and your rights, as well as other important information.

Acceptance of the T&Cs

By using the YEEG SAS website or the KAI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs which form a contractual relationship between you and YEEG SAS. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Use of the services

Rides can be requested via the mobile application, the website, by phone or by email.

Passenger account – To use our application, you must create an account by providing true and complete information. You are responsible for the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a passenger account.

Drivers – Drivers must have a valid driving license issued by the relevant authorities.

Passengers and drivers must behave respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws.

Prices

Prices are calculated before the trip start based on distance, trip area, trip start time and car type – for hourly rental in Dakar, prices are based on type of car, duration and area of the trip.

Tolls, cancellation and waiting time fees may apply.

Confidentiality

Respect for user privacy is essential. Personal information is processed in accordance with the applicable law on the protection of personal data.

Intellectual property

All contents of the KAI website and mobile application are the exclusive property of YEEG SAS. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

YEEG SAS cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the application or the website, unless such damage is proven as a result of serious negligence or intentional misconduct on its part.

Changes to the T&Cs

YEEG SAS reserves the right to amend the T&Cs from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the website, the KAI mobile application or notification to users. Your continued access or use of the services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These T&Cs are governed and interpreted according to the laws of Senegal. Any dispute related to the use of the services provided by YEEG SAS / KAI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Senegalese courts.
