Job Description

  • Manage calls and messages from customer
  • Understand and track customer requests to enable quick and adequate resolution
  • Assist customers with registration or account creation
  • Follow in place procedures but provide constructive and real time feedback to continuously improve the customer service
  • Escalate inquiries to the appropriate team – when necessary – and pass customer feedback onto the relevant team
  • Ensure that qualitative and quantitative targets set by management are met

Required Skills

  • Clear communication skills with fluency in French and good level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work well in a team + ability to work calmly under high stress situations
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment and punctuality
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, international trade, marketing, etc
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service
