• Manage operations of the vehicles fleet – monitor and track inventory
• Ensure that all required documents / approval are available and up to date
• Ensure that all vehicles comply with in-place laws and best in practice standards
• Establish strong partnerships with maintenance service providers
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair operations are done properly and swiftly
• Provide detailed regular reporting on fleet utilization and costs
• Find solutions to streamline operations and optimize use of cars

• In-depth knowledge of cars mechanics, in-place car / driving laws and best in practice standards for car maintenance
• Negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong ability to use fleet management IT tools and software
• Master’s degree in fleet management, logistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management
